Data security and privacy policy

Terms and scope

This policy covers all software products (app) maintained by NODICAL SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (Nodical, we). You means the end-user of our products or the legal entity who is the licensee of our products or the visitor of our public websites.

It describes how we process your information and data when you use our products. By using any of our products you are accepting the terms of this policy.

Data processed and stored by our apps

Our apps process and store all information in Atlassian cloud products. No data processed by our apps is stored or sent outside of Atlassian's products. No data that is stored in Jira system is made available to us when you install our apps.

We do not collect personal data from our customers, other than the identification numbers that are associated with their Atlassian account. We do not use personal data except as necessary to identify customers, provide services, respond to technical issues and provide support.

Disclosure

We do not disclose personal data to any third party, except when authorized by our customers or if required by law.

Licensing

Nodical is acting as vendor on Atlassian Marketplace under the Atlassian Marketplace Partner Agreement.

If you generate an evaluation license or purchase a license for Nodical apps, Atlassian Marketplace provides contact information of the licensee to the vendor. For details see Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and Atlassian Marketplace Vendor Agreement.

We don’t store this information in our own servers and we only access this through Atlassian Marketplace vendor interface when required. We don’t have any newsletter and we don’t send bulk emails but we may use your contact email address to notify you about our apps, for example expired license, security issues or to ask you for feedback.

You can opt-out anytime you want to and we will not send you any e-mail again.

Amendments

We may update this policy from time to time by posting a new version on this web site. This was last updated on 09 Jan 2022.

For any further privacy-related inquiries, please contact Nodical.
